记者2月11日从银川市住房和城乡建设局获悉，银川市将在兴庆区东北部、兴庆区友爱中心路东侧、大连路北侧、燕庆路西侧建设第一再生水厂，该项目将于今年3月开建，预计2020年9月完工。 据了解，该项目占地面积23.3公顷，将对银川市兴庆区生活污水进行接纳处理，污水处理规模为30万立方米/天，出水标准达到类IV类。项目按照“生态楔入、绿色宜居、开放共享”的理念，将设计建成半地下式污水处理厂，地上覆盖植被花卉，打造成花园式水厂。工艺拟采用预处理+生物处理（AAO+高效沉淀池+砂滤池，污泥处理采用离心浓缩+板框脱水处理工艺）。污泥处理过程将污泥含水率降至80%以下再集中外运处理。除臭系统分为两部分，预处理及污泥处理采用化学除臭，生物处理采用生物除臭。（记者 郑峥） |
